We are a large traveling family who saw the need in our city for well-located and well-equipped apartments for a pleasant family stay. In 2016 we acquired the loft thinking of ourselves as travelers. We created this family space with the aim of welcoming and making other travelers happy. Other opportunities followed. Today, our goal is to further improve, if possible, the service to our guests.

Information

β–  Prices are flexible. Call us at +34 677 87 47 90 and we will adapt them.

β–  We will wait for you at the apartment to give you the keys at the agreed time for registration/check-in. It will be necessary to deliver the identity documents of all the people staying in the apartment and € 300 will be retained on the card as a deposit, which will be returned on the day of departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

β–  Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For early entries check availability. The cost is € 35.

β–  Check-in between 9:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. will have a supplement of € 35. From 22:30 to 00:00 the cost is € 50.

β–  We have luggage storage, the cost is from € 20 depending on the number and storage time.

β–  We accept maximum 2 pets with a price of € 35 per pet and per stay.

Rules

β–  Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, including on the balconies. A financial penalty of € 80 for non-compliance.

β–  Parties or behaviors that threaten the tranquility of the neighborhood are not allowed. You are obliged to respect and make proper use of the facilities, furniture, and decoration of the apartment and common areas, for the sole purpose of accommodation. By local regulations, the noise will be avoided in the apartments during rest hours (0:00 - 8:00 hrs).

β–  You are given a fully furnished and equipped home, which you must deliver on the day of departure in the same condition that you received it. The guest agrees and agrees to leave the apartment in the same condition and state in which it was delivered. Any damage to the apartment, furniture, building elements, decoration, or dirt beyond what is reasonable, will be considered "Property Damage". These damages may incur additional costs. All the elements and equipment of the apartment are for your convenience and comfort. Their replacement or absence will be penalized by permanently retaining the deposit that is delivered at check-in.

β–  You must lock the door whenever you leave the apartment during your stay. Hellen Host is not responsible for theft or loss of personal items. Also during your stay, you will be responsible for the use and conservation of the keys to your apartment, in case of loss or leaving the key inside, a penalty may be applied.

β–  Objects left in the apartments are kept for a period of 15 days. Accepting these Terms and Conditions of the House, at the time of Registration / Check-In, you acquire a responsibility commitment with Hellen Host, with respect to all the above, this responsibility being extensible and mandatory for all accompanying persons. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the damages that may be caused during the stay, the veracity of the data provided to make the reservation, and the payment method used to rent the apartment and/or applicable fines, which will be charged. automatically.
