It has 3 bedrooms, all of them have TV, bathroom en suite and air conditioning. The first bedroom has two queen-size beds, the second has a king-size bed, and the third has a king-size bed and a 1.35 sofa bed.

In addition,  the 3 full bathrooms in the rooms, at the entrance we find a bathroom with a shower. All provide hand and shower gel for personal hygiene. While you shower, you will be able to observe the sky of the capital.

The kitchen is American and is fully equipped with pots, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, appliances, and a grill microwave.

Among its special characteristics, the apartment has ideal elements for the comfort of babies (cot, baby chair, stroller, and toys).

Our apartment is in the heart of Madrid, in a safe and quiet place. Being 200 meters from the theater of the Lion King, magnificent and spectacular, restaurants such as Vips, Ginos ... restaurant combines a fusion of Asian food, the owl with typical Spanish food and spectacular taverns in Calle Colón with more than 100 years of history.

During check-in, a deposit of € 300 (in cash or by bizum) will be retained as an apartment security concept, which will be returned within 24 hours after check-out.

They are located next to the Gran Vía, Callao, Santo Domingo, and Plaza España metro stations. They are easy to combine by metro from Barajas Airport or by train from Atocha Station.

The apartment is located on Calle Silva in the heart of Madrid. It is a few minutes from the famous Plaza de la Luna and in the Madrilenian Gran Vía where you can enjoy numerous theaters, musicals, fashion stores, restaurants, and terraces.

Due to this central location, it is possible to walk to the most emblematic places of Madrid such as the Royal Palace, the Opera, the San Miguel Market, the Puerta del Sol, and the Madrid de Los Austrias.

Barrio de Malasaña and Barrio de Chueca are also very close and it is perfect to go for a drink at night and enjoy their good energy.
